I find the culture of the Southeastern states more agreeable than any others, which translates to the fans, teams, and towns.

Also, as far as looking at the conference as a whole. SEC towns>>>>any others

ACC has some great towns. Charlottesville, Chapel Hill, and Durham are all great college towns. Chapel Hill is arguably the best town I've been to. Raleigh is great for a bigger college city. Clemson is very comparable to some of the smaller SEC towns. And the women at FSU are enough to make Talahassee worth it. But again, these are also southeastern locations, so probably why I like them
