I agree with all your points, but I'd make one addition and it is the most important.
1. Elite QB play
In all but the 2011 LSU loss, the opposing QB has played a stellar game against Bama. I'm not talking about a perfect game. But the QB needs to put the ball in some tight windows, needs to make some clutch 3rd down throws, needs to avoid illegal formation and delay of game penalties, etc.
