re: Coaches pay is getting ridiculous, while players make nothing

Conference TV money allows the lesser P5 schools to play fast and loose with the money. A lot of money well spent is worth it, even a little money poorly spent is not. Truth is that I is setting the P5 schools farther and farther away from even the top flight G5 schools. They need to be in completely different leagues with their own postseason.

UCF goes undefeated and wins a NY6 bowl, the next day they don’t have a coaching staff. That tells you everything g about being a G5 school.
