Did anyone else catch Baker Mayfield do the Throat Slash Gesture after he caught his touchdown pass from Lamb and the Kickoff with a few seconds left before halftime? He mouthed " This %*%*%&&& is over."

Great Game by both teams. And so happy Dabo had nothing to say post Alabama/Clemson game.

He was just signaling that he would need a trachiotomy later after the inevitable choke job.

I could care less what he actually does, it is just the case many in the sports world talked about how good of a person he was, they showed him attending a little girls funeral, and how he had grown up.
This is the same guy who had at least 4 run in with opposing teams during pre-game warm ups.
Any team that takes him will have to protect him and his mouth as well as their players in retaliation situations.
No doubt he is a winner and a good college quarterback but maybe it is time to for the Heisman candidates. 3 OF The last 6 have had major personal issues that were known prior to their award.

Baker Mayfield is awesome and competitive as fvck. He generally only does things that come near or cross the border when he is out of his mind competitively. After games and with the press he always seems totally fine to me. I love the way that guy plays.

Frick the haters.

Maybe if he hadn't cut his throat he wouldn't have choked the game away...

The dude is the epitome of a football player. Scrappy, tough as nails, plays bigger than his measurables and endears his teammates to follow him. He wears his emotions on his sleeves and stays true to himself.

Best pure leader of men in CFB since 2008 Tim Tebow, albeit from a polar opposite style.

It's a bunch of head in the sand "purists" and politically correct a-holes that have the benefit of either old age distorting their memories of what "class" was or a millenial version of what it should be that have raised issue with him.

OU isn't a CFP team without him. He was the most valuable player to his team this year. Very deserving of all accolades.

His criticisms are justified to a degree, but highly blown out of proportion.
