Herman’s class so far is full of 7on7 superstars. However, they only signed 3 linemen out of 19 signees, and they really need linemen on both sides.

A&M has only signed 10 players, but 5 were linemen.

Let’s wait another year or two before declaring Herman the savior of Texas football.

Don't think Ag should call anybody out for 7 on 7. Not yet anyways until you get a good team on both sides of the ball.

We were no better under Sumlin, but there is a lot of truth in this. Texas high schools don’t produce elite LB’s at all, and are punching well below their weight on DL and DB.

Until we recruit well for these positions in places like GA, AL, FL, and other areas in the SE, we will be soft, too. Frustrating as hell that Sumlin never did much about this. Hoping Jimbo sees it better and can get at least a few from back home.
