Your front 7 was fresh the entire game because Auburn couldn't move the chains due to their best player being hurt. Eventually, that starts to wear on a team, and it still took UGA until the 4th quarter to blow the game open. I just don't see why you're so dismissive of the impact of Auburn having Johnson playing hurt and coming in and out of the game all night.

This sounds good in theory, but the the shift of our front 7 beating the AU OL happened in the 1st Q. After the first 2 carries totaled 12 yards, he got 4 of the next 5 touches and this is how they went:

1 yard loss
1 yard run
6 yard loss reception
7 yard reception

Then a 2 yard run.
Then a 4 yard loss.
3 yard run

This sudden lack of production had nothing to do with him being hurt. It had nothing to do with AU being worn down. It had everything to do with our guys beating the blockers and wrapping up.
