Do you see an obvious improvement in how UGA has recruited over the past 2 years compared to the other years?

He's already addressed this. He said, and is correct, that there isn't a huge difference between a top 3 class and a top 8 class. Improvement, yes. Program changing improvement, no. If you consistently recruit top 10 classes, you have the players necessary to win a national title. After that, it's all coaching and a little bit of luck. Kirby has won a conference title. That's a great start but he isn't the first SEC coach to do that within 2 years, and many of them were not able to sustain success. So to say he's on the verge of recreating Saban is extremely premature.

He has avoided a simple yes or no answer numerous times.

The current difference between UGA's #1 class and AU's #10 class is about the same as the difference between AU's #10 class and Ole Miss's #35 class.

Looks like a huge difference.

There’s a huge difference in the #3 class and the #8 class that Richt always had. Every team that has won the national championship during the BSC era had a top 5 recruiting class that put them out very the top. That’s the one thing that eluded him during that time. I believe Clemsonmay have broken this streak though.
