ETA- Kirby was offered good jobs every year for ten damn years. He was smart enough to hold out for the right gig.

I agree you aren’t trolling but if you expect us to believe you know for a fact he turned Auburn down than you are either trolling or are a fool.

It seems clear he wasn’t offered. However it was also clear Auburn wouldn’t accept some of his negotiation demands.

As has been said taking over Auburn would have been much tougher than taking uga circa 2015.

Yes, but for specific reasons Auburn was unwilling to budge on.
