Pruitt has hired another guy to be in an administrative role this morning. Hubbs says Austin Thomas is still in play too

Tennessee: Troy director of operations / high school relations Todd Watson will join Jeremy Pruitt’s staff at Tennessee sources tell FootballScoop. Watson and Pruitt coached together at Hoover High (Watson as defensive coordinator and Pruitt as special teams coordinator). After serving on the staff at Hoover High (where he was part of 4 state championship teams in 5 years), Watson served as head coach at Foley High for 10 seasons where his former players include Julio Jones and DJ Fluker. At Tennessee sources tell FootballScoop Watson’s title is likely to be director of football operations or similar.
