UGA will get murdered. OU destroyed us in the Sugar Bowl last year. We've seen Baker Mayfield up close. its not good.

If we control the clock and run the ball we win. Oklahoma defense has not been elite this year. They have been in a lot of shootouts.

I don't think we runaway with it, but I do think we win a barn-burner just because our defense is much better. We'll be the fastest defense they've seen this year.

I think our front 7 will be the best they have seen this year. If Roaquan Smith and our D can disrupt Mayfield then we got a chance. I also think we should be able to run the football which helps to keep the clock grinding and hopefully OU's offense off the field.

We will see. I've waited my entire life to see UGA in the Rose Bowl and it should be a good game.

If it becomes a track meet the advantage would be to Oklahoma but if Georgia grinds out first downs and finish their drives with TD's they have a good chance of winning

Mayfield does takes chances throwing the ball. If UGA can consistently get pressure on him then he will throw a pick or two. He will try to force some throws. Got to get pressure on Mayfield.

Don't think UGA wants to get into a scoring contest with OU. That will not work out well at all IMO

The key to this game is our OL play vs their front 7. They will load the box to stop our run just like Auburn did in Jordan-Hare. If they are successful and Fromm can't make up the difference, then we lose. OU with Mayfield at the helm will probably score at least 4 TD's. If we can contain Mayfield (unlikely) and get some turnovers, we should have a chance. When they score, hopefully it happens quickly so our defense doesn't get worn down. When we score, we need to grind the ball down the field and wear out their defense so that by the end of the game we can score when we have to.

It's going to be a really good game. I'll go with UGA in a close one. OU has an elite offense, but UGA has a far better defense and is more balanced as a team.

I would favor OU, BUT, if Georgia can hold onto the ball rushing AND score td's, they can put the hurt on OK by getting and keeping them out of rhythym.

interesting matchup. I could see a blowout by eiher team, or a close game.

I'm leaning toward Oklahoma. Not because they're a better team, but they have more experience under the white-hot spotlight.

I'm pleased with the matchup from a fan perspective because we have never played Oklahoma before and that adds some interest but I have to say, my first impression of their fans here is not to good. They are coming across as douchebags

I mean I'm not exactly confident in this game, but I will say this.

I don't think Oklahoma will be able to stop our running game. So if we run the ball well and control the clock we have a good shot at winning.

If we pull what we did at Auburn and rush for 47 yards, they win.

Georgia needs to win some 50/50 balls in defense. Mayfield is going to throw them. The difference in the game is going to be who catches those 40 yard heaves. Oklahoma has come down with most of them, but I saw Mayfield throw some questionable balls against TCU. The difference between a great pass and an interception is the cornerbacks ball skills
