Hey Sandman, why are the aubbie folks such vags? Hey wont let many folks on the board there.
It is odd really. We have some LSU, some GA, some Aub, etal over here....
I wonder if they would let a douche like me on?

From our friend, Sandman....
What the heck kind of staff would he put together?
Lindsey - LOL
Hand - would probably follow
Kodi - want to say LOL but he's from Arkansas so I'll bump it to like 20%
Horton - would probably follow
Porter - meh.
Steele - LOL
Garner - LOL
TWill - LOL
Brown - meh.
Gus ain't going nowhere. He'd be starting from absolute scratch.

I have lobbied for open borders over there since the team boards were started, to no avail.
But in their defense, I make one post over there making fun of the Gus-lovers and some of y'all over here are ready to crucify me, so it's not like things are much different

Troopers going to be leaving A State this year. His Auburn money runs out and he can’t live in the 10k State is paying him.

I'll bite...
We already have a decent DC if we had the recruits.. .I believe he was at Auburn once and Auburn mostly speaks fondly of him.
I wonder if Steele would be interested as well...
Yes, Horton would love to come to Arkansas....
Hand would follow....
We have a capable RB coach already... I am sure BL would stay on recruiting and coaching TE's...
who else folks?
But then

I don't understand how that is antagonizing to y'all at all? All of the "LOL"s are for either former players (TWill, Kodi, Garner) or people that were forced on Gus against his will (Steele, Lindsey to an extent).

I'm not ready to harm you at all. I just have an odd sense of humor..

I'll hit on this, why not?
Rhoads is the man.
Is there really a thought that some of the staff could be retained? We had to gut everything after that 3-9 season in 2012 just to flush the culture out

I forgot that I wasn't a member on your board, attempted to post..
It wasn't a crap post either. Just enjoyed the conversation and wanted to give a response.
If I could change one thing on this site, it would be to loosen the strings a bit on the individual sites. Not all the way though.

You don’t want that. You should see the folks that try to get on this board through the apply feature. It would be awful to have open borders.

You have a point, there are a couple on here that I wish I could petition about.

I still think Enos is a decent to very good OC, if we had an OL as well.

his offense wasn't very good this year. he didn't ever really make adjustments the plan either worked or failed period.
he's a good prostyle oc and someone will be glad to have him.we should get a spread guy though only way to compete.

I really hope we "miss" on Gus. It may not be a popular opinion, but I do not want him anywhere near the Razorbacks. There is just something about him that reminds me of a hagfish.

I firmly believe that with a decent OL and OL coach this year, we wouldn't be looking for a new head coach. 95% of our troubles can be traced back to that, and the other 5% to injuries.

Funny how the best coaches have awful personalities...not saying Gus is among the best coaches but Saban certainly doesn't have a winning personality.

This goes beyond personality. He looks like if you sprayed him with a water hose he would start producing slime. Maybe it's just me.
