Norvell is the clear #1 and we need to hire him asap. He has a $500k buyout. He has Arkansas ties and he is young. His undefeated and ranked program just hosted college gameday and beat a top 15 ranked team in a packed liberty bowl. Their fans were pumped and excited. He runs a spread offense that uses TE heavily. Which is basically perfect for Arkansas/TE U. His teams have exceptional special teams play. He will end up at one of our rivals if we don't make a move.

All of these things are true. Which is why the fricking idiots on the hill will pass on him over some bullshite. Bc they treat it like they are searching for a pastor instead of a fricking football coach. The BOT needs to be shown the door. Steinmetz needs to be shown the door. Yourachick needs to be told you are on the clock. Get this right or you can move on too. Somebody needs to tell Jerry Jones and Jim Lyndsey and every clown from the 64 team that this program isn't their personal play ground. We get enough SEC money to tell them thank you for your financial support but you don't know shite about hiring football coaches. Leave THAT to us.
