Just watch the first 8 minutes or so. It's actually very informative and Clay isn't doing his whole pump himself up routine.

My guess is that this is the gist of things...pretty entertaining and informative (assuming at least some of it is accurate).
My question is how someone who hasn't been in the College Football game for 10 years and has never run an Athletic Department supposed to be even remotely competent at an AD's job?
(as I type that I think about the recently canned AD and start to shrug my shoulders)
