If u think we won in spite of JH this year then there's no sense discussing it. His play won the previous 2 SEC games . Everybody is flipping out over 1 loss. Bottom line is with a fully healthy defense that can get off the field we'd be getting ready for Georgia. It's a blessing though in a way because we re seeing the fair weathers coming out of the wood work.

The same troubles that plague Hurts were evident in conference play against TAMU, LSU, and MSU.

You blame the defense for a loss in a game where the offense managed 14 points. That's just absurd. They played well enough to win, especially given how many plays they were on the field and how often our offense gave Auburn good field position. When you only score two touchdowns, you will almost always lose. Hurts did not lose this game alone, but he certainly contributed to the loss in a big way. Some of you people will blame anyone else, no matter the circumstance.
And for the love of Christ, it's not fair weather to critique the team you root for. That's part and parcel of being a fan and, in fact, I'd wager anything that Saban prefers fans who are almost never content. He's all about improvement and avoiding complacency, not saying "We lost, but at least it was a good effort by our boys!"
If you think being a fan means blindly heaping praise on every player and coach affiliated with the team no matter the circumstance, I'd suggest you and anyone else who feels that way should stick to TideFans.

You've got it backwards. Our defense is on the field too much because we can't sustain drives with Hurts under center. Look at the # of 3 and outs.
