One of the guest on the Finebaum show said UF was on the 2 yard line . I would think his buyout From the 49ers could be a issue. UF and Kelly could be trying to work the deal to make it better for both of them and screw the 49ers .

Kelly is going to UCLA. He already has a recruiting network in that part of the country. Not so much in the Deep South.
