Eh the majority of them want to him to stay and would be upset if he left right now

Malzahn would be a disaster.
Hell, we can't even have a discussion about it here without getting into a fight over it. An absolute disaster. Not to mention he is already trying to set up some obscene contract to juice as much money as he can.
