I have heard pretty much the same thing but
in addition, any player recruited in Freeze’s last
year will be allowed to transfer and play without
sitting out a year. I have also heard that Rebel Rags will not be disassociated.

That’s a big win if it’s something along those lines.
Also what does it mean exactly if Rebel Rags is not going to be disassociated?
