People pronounce Buchanan, Georgia "BUCK-an-yon".

It's Haralson County though.....so that explains a lot.

When I was stationed at Ft. Gordon, my Cuban buddy says...”let’s go to the Krystal over in Mar-teen-es” ...and was quickly corrected to Martin-EZ...he said, “WTF? You gonna tell a Cuban man how to pronounce a Spanish name?” The guy says, “Nope. Martin-EZ is French.”

You can’t make shite like this up.
