Mullen will have a chance to go to a big time job next year if he stays because he returns everyone and we will win 9/10 games next year. If he leaves this year he would have to settle for a program like Tennessee or Texas A&M thatt is only a slight step up from where he is now and have to deal with the unrealistic expectations from their fanbases. He would be fired at those places in 3 or 4 years just like everyone else they have hired lately.
