Come on now. State is never winning a title. I get what you're trying to say, and at some programs that would be a viable option, but mississippi state isn't going to win a title. I would say that texas am would be a job that you're line of thinking would apply to. They have the resources and recruiting footprint to possibly do some damage and win a title one day, but you're talking about miss state. They have never won a national title in ANYTHING, EVER. They have only played for it 2 times in baseball and womens basketball. Like I said, it would take a miracle for state to win a national title in football in the division and conference they happen to be in. For instance, LSU and nick saban were a program in your line of thinking, a sleeping giant that hadn't won a national title in 50 years before then, but that was LSU, it was just a matter of time before the right coach got it going, not mississippi state.
