The NCAA does send a Letter of Inquiry, usually before an official investigation.
I wouldn't be shocked if MSU basketball got a letter. After last month, who would be surprised at any hoops program getting a letter?
But, MSU got investigated regarding LL and was cleared (read the Response to NOA 2).
I would be floored if Rebeloke ever got prediction correct in regards to the NCAA
