Either the call or the rule is bad. Don’t know which, but what they did should not be the result.
Should be penalty from previous spot. I think everyone agrees that a team shouldn’t get the ball at the spot of the fumble, just doesn’t seem right. Common sense here.
If Tenn recovers in end zone it goes back, so why not when ball goes out? It’s the same result
