He has ability, but is limited by coaching and play-calling. He knows how to spin the ball but I don’t think he will ever reach his true potential. I would take him over a ton of SEC quarterbacks.

Patterson is hardly elite, but he's the kind of QB that prompts LSU fans to think, "If only we had a QB like Patterson instead of [insert name here]."

He is, hands down, the best qb in this conference.

Look at his passing % vs the 4 D-1 schools we played.

Yes. But he plays very emotionally, and when things aren't going well he can try too hard and make poor decisions or bad overthrows. Kind of reminds me of a much moee talented Drew Tate or Ricky Stanzi in that regard. But when he's on he's on. Definitely got an NFL arm.

Yes. Statistically, he is the SEC's leading passer and Ole Miss has the SEC's best passing attack. The passing game isn't Ole Miss' problem -- it is every other phase of the game.

He has the best WR group in the conference. That makes him look a lot better than he is. However, He is definitely above average. He is no Bo Wallace tho

Unsure of how good he is but I hate that he's #20 as a QB.

Shea is really good.

Not good enough for OM to have to put up with the penis-with-ears he calls Dad. Imo

Top 3 after Week 7 were:
1. Jalen Hurts - Bama
2. Shea Patterson - OM
3. Nick Fitzgerald - MSU
.
.
10. Danny Etling

So yeah, he good.
