Thats the thing though, Mac when he arrived told everyone how QB friendly his offense is. Said his dog could run it.

He had amazing success at Alabama as a QB coach and then as an HC at CSU (at quarterback). I have no doubt he can coach up a quarterback.
I also have no doubt, and I hate saying this about Franks, because he's a nice kid. A real nice guy, but...
He's a dud.
He has no quarterback instincts at all on the field. This might be a Brantley type of deal where he balls out at practice (they said so before the season started) but the moment he needs to read, react and move he just doesn't seem to have it.
Mond has it, and Mond had a fricking awful first half.
We don't need what he has, and what he has won't be useful if he can't do the absolute basics asked by a QB.
