In years past we have went head to head with Auburn, Florida, and Tennessee for recruits. This year we are competing with SC for more recruits then we are with our traditional recruiting rivalries. Thoughts on why?

We still have big battles every year with Auburn. Heck, we're in the middle of a couple right now.

Tennessee and Florida just aren't great recruiting programs like they used to be anymore. Now our battles are usually with Clemson and FSU.

I imagine that we're going to see more Bama/OSU/Mich/USC/Penn State type national fights as much as we have the regional tussles with Auburn/Tennessee/Florida.

We battled AU for Fields and we're still battling them for a few players like Hill.

Clemson recruits Atlanta and North and East Georgia. Auburn has success in West and South Georgia. Bama hits Atlanta a lot.
