There is this and then there is the "Jalen sucks" crowd. Many people can't have a discussion, they go all in with hyperbole and need to be right while the other person is wrong.

Hurts is a good qb accounting for everything he does, including being an average passer. I personally think he has made some pretty strong strides from last year, but I also thought he was a very weak (not meaning arm strength) passer last year.

Honestly, if he makes the strides in the passing game people are looking for, he will be one of the best qb's we have seen in the SEC in recent years because he is that good of a runner. His running ability is a huge part of our offense and the qb position at Alabama right now so we can't discount that.

This has all probably been said before, but I haven't really paid attention to the Bama board much this year so haven't been involved in the qb discussion.
