Zero chance it's Stoops, unless you're referring to the one in Lexington (still lightyears better than Butch).

Only way he even considers coming out of retirement is if one of the few bluebloods comes calling with a huge mound of cash, and thats only if he's been out of it for at least a few years and realizes he misses it.

UT may be a top 15ish program historically speaking, but we're talking top 3-5 to get Stoops to even pick up the phone. Why would he settle for anything less when he could have his pick, should he even choose to get back in?
