Which is why it's a stupid name for a generation. I have nothing in common with common 12 years younger than me.

You're wrong about that. I'm 32 and I not a frickin millenial. Neither are my friends that I grew up with. The millenials are the people who were in elementary school when we were graduating high school. That's the borderline IMHO. Anyone born in past 1995, give or take a couple years, is a millenial. They're w completely different group.

I feel like there is a big difference between those born in 1985-87 and those born in 1995-97.
