That is awesome. Francis Marion was on my Mom's side of the family. On my Dad's side, my great, great (?) grandfather married a Cherokee lady. One of their daughters ended up married to Sam Houston. He caught a lot of shite for being marred to a "half-breed". But, he didn't care.
