Team chemistry. This is Fromm's team now. These guys respond to him and we're much quicker down the field. Eason has a canon, but he doesn't have Fromm's heart and drive. Make a change now and you impact thatchemistry. Kirby won't let that happen. Fromm's the starter.

I also don't think Eason has Fromm's ability to see the field nor his poise. However, I'm no expert on QB evaluation.

So, Lets say Eason get back 100% and Kirby decides to go back Eason and he does very well. Does this mean that half of the posters on this board are going to hate Kirby for that decision? Just wondering bc 90% of posters are pretty sure Fromm stays the starter.
