That's what I'm afraid of. I still don't trust our offense to pound the ball against anybody yet. We've been watching the same 5 plays Malzahn has in his playbook for almost 7 years now.

That's the problem, you can't. Pettway not being 100% and not have the agility or quickness to bounce outside makes it easier to stop the run. KJ being too small to go up the middle and essentially creates the same problem, you can key in on both easily.
