I will say this, States bulldog looks far less inbred and disease ridden than UGA. Why is that?

Because State's is a mudblood.

UGA's Bulldog has graced the cover of multiple magazines, including Sports Illustrated. MSU's hasn't, why is that?

Like look at the front and back hips of UGA, it looks fricked up
Albeit still somewhat quirky looking, cause all english bulldogs are, Bully is at least somewhat non-bow legged and arthritis ridden

Because you're an obviously well educated and astute man who doesn't turn a blind eye to Georgia's albino imposter. Why is it sickly white?
Congrats on Georgia's freak mutation of the noble English bulldog

All-white bulldogs carry recessive genes, and to get that color, they are forced to inbreed to some extent (probably all English Bulldogs are inbred a little, but not to the extent as Uga). This causes genetic problems like hip problems and heart problems. This is also probably the reason Uga's lifespans have been much shorter than Bully's.
