Honestly, I've only seen the cops mess with people that are being belligerent and/or look super arse young.
Other than that, the only time I've seen opposing fan being "targeted" was when they were the only one walking across the street with a beer not in a solo cup and/or were being belligerent.

Gainesville is a pain in the arse when it comes to 'drankin.' UT is becoming a PITA too though not as bad (they mostly like to harass UT students). Unfortunately/fortunately, GPD and KPD are combining forces this year (we're sending officers to help work the game/ease the workload on Florida's first responders so hopefully GPD won't target fans so hard .
