I'd park on SW 23rd street between University and SW 2nd avenue... or one of the streets before it that is between University and 2nd avenue. Easier out to the interstate, but they're private lots and you're probably looking at $30 for the closest and going down from there. But at least you can tailgate on the private lots with no issues with cops and campus is right there if you decide to go over there. Campus fills up early.. and the closer you get to game time, traffic will be shitty. Especially this game since we won't be having as many cops directing traffic since they're helping elsewhere.
