they're tired from wearing so many championship rings?

Because they're all products of the best OL in football.
Same reason all of their QBs never play in the NFL.

Sean Peyton is a shitty coach and don't give carries.
Henry shares carries with DeMarco Murray who was given a large contract.
Lacy has one of the worst OLs in football. Seattle's 2nd best OL and Starting LT is out for the year.

Can I have one of those Leonard Fournette Bad O-Line Get Out of Jail Free Cards?

Thanks Oracle , I had not realized that Henry has more yards per carry than Fornette until you posted this. Some things never change I guess.
4.17 yards per carry
Fornette 26 carries for 100 yards
3.85 yards per carry

Ingram was 6th in Yards per Carry last year and top 10 in yards from scrimmage.
Derrick Henry is behind a NFL vet with a great career but is doing pretty solid in his given role. He actually had a slightly higher YPC than Murray last season. (Poster above me, Henry had 4.5 YPC and Murray had 4.4 YPC last season fyi)
Most rb's have short NFL careers and outside of a few, there are minimal workhouse rb's in the NFL anymore.

quote:
Mark Ingram- 5 carries for 17 yards
Led the team in offensive production, as he also had 5 catches for 54 yards. Also averaged more than 5 YPC last year, 3rd in the entire league.
quote:
Derrick Henry- 6 carries for 25 yards
Backing up Demarco Murray and averaging more YPC than Fournette.
quote:
Eddie Lacy- 5 carries for 3 yards
First game in Seattle. Russel Wilson led the team in rushing because the OL was trash.
quote:
Trent Richardson- out of the league
Bust

TJ Yeldon
Soon to be traded, and will likely never be a feature back. Who cares.

Because Alabama recruits at and coaches at a much higher level than you scrubs and LSU players are vastly underdeveloped and don't reach their true potential until they get real coaching in the NFL. You see recruits come to Alabama where we have the coaching to mask your deficiencies and get you paid in the NFL even though you may not deserve it. At LSU you're underdeveloped and have no college hardware to go with it.

Ingram, Lacy, and Henry are not "busts"
The first two have had success. The latter is just starting.
I don't think you know what "busts" mean

Touting the accomplishments of former players in the NFL to make you feel good about your college team seems weird to me on a college board.

Don't know, don't care.
None of them will be helping Bama win a national championship this year.

quote:Adrian Peterson had 6 carries for 18 yards in the same game. Peyton just doesn't know what to do with running backs, that's all there is to it.
Mark Ingram- 5 carries for 17 yards

I honesty don't understand LSU and other SEC fans regaling in our RB's NFL woes.
You want our RBs labeled as shitty. If they are shitty (which they are not); it just means that shitty RBs ran rough shod over your defenses for years. Why constantly point that out?
