I'm not sure but stadiums are required to accommodate the disabled and an 81 year old with mobility issues typically qualifies for that. You can always call and the stadium or whoever handles the tickets and tell them you have an 81 year old with you and tell them you paid for lower level tickets because of his issues with mobility. They should accommodate you or you'll be able to sue the piss out of them.
