That kid died because Kelly hates practicing indoors. Whose ultimate decision was it to make sure the practices were being recorded? The meteorologists that day were calling for winds up to 50 mph, and they still put him up in a scissor lift.

Gross negligence led to his death. That falls on Kelly, who didn't even stop practice once the kid was dying in the street.
