Do A&M fans still feel like they got the better end of the deal with Chavis?

Just had your second most embarrassing loss in your program's history while LSU has little old Dave Aranda. Who got the better deal, aggy fans?

I'll never understand why LSU fans keep yapping at Aggies about Chavis, when they defended him when Vol fans and the rest of us said the same things about him when he went to BR. The jig has been up on Chavis for ten years.

Chavis' problem isn't his scheme or his talent at A&M.

His problem is that fricking dumbass of a head coach that has no idea how to manage a game clock or call plays with a big lead. His other problem is atrocious offensive play calling, such as early in the 1st Q three passes and a FG inside the 5.

Let's be clear, if Sumlin was half the coach of an arse pimple, Chavis would be just fine.

Even Buddy Ryan couldn't field a decent defense if he worked with that dickhead Sumlin.

Sumlin and Chavis work so hard during the season they pass out on their office couches at night. Sumlin on Bacardi, Chavis on side ribs.

Sure thing.

Thanks to Chavis the Sumlin era will last JUST long enough for us to get Chip Kelly as our head coach.

Without Chavis we would have fired Sumlin last year and would have either had to hire the joke that is Tom Herman, or even worse get turned down by the joke that is Tom Herman and have to hire someone even worse for a head coach (like LSU did).

Chavis not only put us in a perfect position for a splash head coaching hire, but he also made it so we will never look back and regret we didn't hold onto Sumlin and try to support him. Not supporting RC Slocum back in the day has been a ghost that has followed this program, but thanks to Chavis even if our splash hire after Sumlin doesn't work out we will never look back and wish we did more for Sumlin.

Add in the lawsuit crap and Chavis was worth every penny.

td:dr Chavis on the road to Chip Kelly > Aranda plus a head coach who was never even a coordinator at the college level
