For the record, LSU didn't get what they wanted, they had to cancel a game for the second year in a row.

I saw someone make a comment like this the other day, but why isn't there contingencies in place? We all know the gulf, and east coast is prime tropical storm season this time of year. Perhaps the two teams when scheduling should find other venues just in case. As an opposing fan I could care less if one team doesn't get to play, as long as it doesn't give them an advantage. On the play off argument, it then goes back to , why the two teams didn't have a backup plan.

I fricking hate this op troll. Let this shite go!

To answer, changing venues isn't quite simple. It takes two to tango so to speak.

LSU is not looking for an edge. We have moved a home game ourselves.

It seems BYU and LSU are speaking together on good faith.

The bitch ad from Florida could learn something.

frick those pussies. And congrats on the win last year. I hope we run up the score this year on you bitch made motherfrickers

A number of backup plans were proposed and possible. Florida didn't want to play the game that weekend.

Other schools had their games played. LSU has a history of moving locations and game days in the past to get games played. Moved a home game to Arizona State, moved a game from a Sat night to Mon night, moved a game from South Carolina to BR. LSU will get this game moved.

LSU has a proven track record of working through these tough times and getting the games played. Florida has no credability for managing these situations

Alleva asked earlier during that week about moving the game, but Foley said no, it'll be in Gainesville. He said that all the way up until Thursday, and then it was too late.

There was a precedent for this. 2005.
