I'd say the Stoernover would probably top it and that was ~20 years ago itself.

The Reggie Fish muffed punt in 06 SEC title game hurt more than that for me.

Stoernover was heart breaking, 1969 was devastating. Had we won that game we would have had two national championships within 5 years, who knows where the program would have gone from there!

No F'n way. Almost 50 years later and I still won't watch a replay of that game.
