Leinart was a Top 10 pick. He started 16 games in 7 seasons.
Matt Barkley was being discussed as the possible #1 overall pick after his JR. season. He's basically a career backup.
I tookthe Jets 4 years to figure out that that they wasted a top 5 pick on Mark Sanchez who was never going to be a franchise QB.

All of the highly rated USC QB's since Carson Palmer have definitely been overrated. Cody Kessler may be the best of the bunch and he was a 3rd round pick.
