Bama fans have been wondering for years why they haven't fired their special teams coach. Maybe he's the reason Bama has stayed in the clear. He knows something we don't.

Bobby Williams hasn't been our special teams coach since 2015.
Try and keep up

You mean the one that was replaced in 2015?

Bobby Williams hasn't been the special teams "coach" for awhile now.
That said, it turned out that the angst against him was misplaced. He wasn't a "coach", he was merely the special teams' coordinator. Meaning, the only thing he actually did was make sure the right people were where they were supposed to be.
I, like everyone else, blamed him for years for kicking problems, but basically, we don't have a kicking coach or anything like that at all - which is probably part of the problem. But neither does anyone else.
