So other than BBQ and Brisket what are your favorite tailgating foods. i'm kinda partial to the bacon wrapped delicacies preferably tenderloin and crack dip of some sorts.

The grilled salmon and other Pacific seafood that I had at the Washington game in Seattle back in 2009 is very hard to beat. I had never had abalone before....but it's good stuff damn shame it's not easily accessible down here.

The Oysters there a every bit as good as the ones out of the Gulf.

Conecuh sausage is a staple at my tailgate. I like grilled wings as well.

Anything we can throw on the grill and wrap in a tortilla.
(Usually accompanied by bacon and jalapeños)
Our crew drives to College Station from all over Texas, so folks bring meat/sausage from their neck of the woods and toss it on the fire when they arrive.
We always have cream cheese stuffed/bacon-wrapped japs and stuffed mushrooms as on-hand staples.

I don't really do the "delicacies" thing. Two crowd pleasers though are brats cooked in beer and seared with butter. Also, jalapeno poppers. Try making them with crab, cream and Colby jack cheese, minced green onion and red pepper. Pretty good, and people will clean them out pretty damn quick.
