.....um.... damn, no one recent is really coming to mind. Has it really been that long since we had a true 3 point master?

I guess Edwards, Charvez Davis, and Mykal Riley were all considered specialist but hopefully Petty will be much more.

The last true 3 point terror we had was Mykal Riley in 2009 (43%).

Emmett Thomas was 44% in 2004. In 2005 Felix was 45%, Winston 43% and Steele 43%.

Not trying to sound like a pessimist, but hopefully he doesn't just shoot them whenever he feels like it. I doubt he will, but freshman tend to get a big head and start throwing shite up. Hopefully he takes high percentage shots and has plenty of opportunities for open shots.
