Bjork has no reason not to have known about Freeze's indiscretions because he should've been reviewing Hugh's phone. Ross isn't calling all the shots in regards to the investigation. There are board members, the chancellor, academics, compliance, and legal counsel all deciding on how to proceed.

As of now, cooperation seems like a bad decision bc Ole Miss has been murdered in the court of public opinion. It's hard to foresee it would be this bad. Part of that has to do with Freeze's defiance and personality. Freeze had ridiculous amounts of booster support too, so it's not like Bjork had easy decisions to make.

Also, cancelling the Rebel Road Trip would've sent us major alarms before the process of investigating was complete.

Bjork is the best AD we've had (maybe partially by default), so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.
