Not quite. I believe June 6th is when they officially responded.
FWIW, if they got a response, then the infractions committee date is in it

Should be - presumed to be weekend of September 16th.
ETA: I'm not sure if the NCAA had a full 60 days to reply, I just always heard they were going to respond by 7/23.
