I hate to agree because I know a lot of great religious people but when someone famous/has any power/etc this does seem to be the case.

Agreed. A good chunk of the folks dropping a wad of cash in the collection plate every Sunday are coming off a Saturday night of frick potatoes, three legged Siamese midget twin porn, hookers, and the occasional attempt of snorting a line of blow off their own taint.
