Low ceiling right now for "best in Texas" programs, Texas could easily have it's throne back by mid season.
Texas, TCU, Houston, A&M, Baylor, Tech? Not exactly intimidating right now.
The talent on your roster is pathetic. You didn't even have a top 25 class last cycle to help fix that. If you "regain" that by mid season, it'll be the biggest joke in college football.
