Low ceiling right now for "best in Texas" programs, Texas could easily have it's throne back by mid season.
Texas, TCU, Houston, A&M, Baylor, Tech? Not exactly intimidating right now

with exception of Houston they are all down from where they have been over the last 5-10 years.
I don't think any TX team was ranked at the end of last year?
