BBQ. Growler of local craft beer. Case of bud light to keep a buzz. Occasionally something stronger.

What's the local craft brew? Having grown up in Alabama my whole life but living in Colorado the past 3 years I'm in craft beer heaven, can't go back to light beer now

You've got to hit it up. It's been featured on the food network, has an appealing atmosphere and good scenery.

I moved to Arkansas (after living and working in several place). But usually Lost Forty or Blue Canoe here in Little Rock. Rock Hound IPA or a 4X4 Pale Ale. Occasionally a porter or stout. Really like the Irish Red at blue canoe when it's it season.

Saturday's can be long when I'm at home and not at an Alabama game. Gotta keep myself conscious.

I've grown to absolutely love IPA's, the bitterness of the hops is truly delicious

I was in Asheville, North Carolina last month. It was craft beer heaven. 51 craft breweries in the surrounding area. Fell in love with the ESB at Green Man Brewing.

Look into Vermont or Maine IPAs
Best two states I've ever dealt with for hoppy breweries
Ales are brewed at ~70 degrees for ~19 days vs. lagers at ~40 degrees for ~30 days. Hence local breweries can turn their inventory over much faster, which is why craft brewers will have a lot of ales/IPAs. Jacks Abby is the only craft brewer that only focuses on lagers that Ive dealt with

I have so many neighbors who are Sec fans. We usually find a good weekend game to get together and cook out. Several Lsu fans, Alabama fans and of course Msu and Ole Miss fans. My favorite Lsu fans moved away (they built a new house) but since then a new Lsu couple has moved into the hood.
I'm surprised how many Alabama fans I have met. Three families in my neighborhood but only 2 of them will hang out for a cookout because they aren't an old couple. We have fun. It's the only fans from 4 Sec schools that live by me.

Drink of choice during football games: Bourbon & pineapple juice.
I thought you were my neighbor until I saw "bourbon" and pineapple juice. One of my Lsu neighbors drinks pineapple juice and Skyy vodka.

If I'm at home I'll knock out a gallon of sweet tea for a day game; pot of coffee for a night game.

It's doubtful I'll be watching a game at your house but you can join us and watch us get trashed and curse the officials etc.
